RESOLUTION NO. 2693

CONCERNING MARINAS – NON RESIDENT

FEES AFTER APRIL 1

WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interests of the City of Stamford to review non-resident marina fees charged by the City of Stamford.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Representatives of the City of Stamford, pursuant to and within the limitations of Sec. C2-10-2(6) of the Charter of the City of Stamford, does hereby approve the following fee schedule.

Cummings – Under 17’	$668.00
Cummings – 17’ to 21’11”	$853.00
Cummings – 22’ to 24’11”	$1400.00
Czescik – 17’1” to 21’11”	$1,430.00
Czescik – 22’ to 24’11”	$2,145.00
Czescik – 25’ to 28’	$3,035.00
Cove – under 17’	$772.50
Cove – 17’1” – 21’11”	$997.50
Cove – 25’ – 28’	$3,035.00
Winter storage – under 25’	$1,073.00
Winter storage – over 25’	$1,428.00
Winter Rack Storage	$150.00

This resolution will take effect upon enactment.

This resolution was approved by a machine vote of 32-3 at the regular monthly meeting of the 26th Board of Representatives held on Monday, March 4, 2002.
